Voltage, frequency, machine format and technical configuration must be written into the quotation and order documents.

Set the customization scope

CE, RoHS, UKCA, FCC and ISO 9001 documentation applies to all current models. Exact destination requirements are confirmed order by order. UL/ETL is not currently claimed.

Plan after-sales responsibility

ZHIM Cooling offers a 12-month machine warranty, lifetime online technical support and factory-price spare parts. The responsibility boundary must be documented in the quotation, PI or contract.
