For a distributor, adding soft serve equipment is a category-management decision involving model selection, electrical configuration, documentation, spare parts and after-sales responsibility.

SCA126 and SCA126 Pro are current focus models, but selection is not limited to these two products. Review tabletop, floor-standing, pre-cooling and higher-capacity options according to your customers.

Confirm electrical configuration

State the destination, voltage and frequency before quotation. All current tabletop models can be configured for 110V. Selected floor-standing models using compressors below 1 HP can also be configured for 110V.

CE, RoHS, UKCA, FCC and ISO 9001 documentation applies to all current models. Exact destination requirements should be checked for every order. UL/ETL is not currently claimed.

Define the OEM scope

ZHIM Cooling supports OEM logo and customized packaging. Custom color or control-panel projects normally require 30–50 units and remain subject to technical review.

Clarify support after shipment

ZHIM Cooling offers a 12-month machine warranty, lifetime online technical support and factory-price spare parts. Exact responsibilities must be written into the quotation, PI or contract.
